Job Opportunity for Contract Occupational Therapist

Phaxis is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Contract School Occupational Therapist. This is a full-time position, working regular school hours (Monday to Friday), with a caseload of grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Oregon
  • Experience in a pediatric setting, preferably in a school-based setting
