Job Overview

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Greenville, SC.

This role requires relocation or living within a commutable distance. Estimated Salary: $73,500 - $93,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee patient food services needs, ensuring optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of the diet order limitations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to establish goals and implement them, and effectively manage a team to achieve stated patient satisfaction goals.

  • Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population
  • Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
  • Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets
  • Participates in/leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree with one year work experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian, preferred
  • A minimum of one year experience in food service management preferred in an acute care setting
  • ServSafe certified, desirable
  • Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record, and diet office systems
