Job Title: ICU Travel Nurse RN

CrossMed is seeking a skilled ICU Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Iron Mountain, Michigan. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

As an ICU Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in ICU nursing
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work with physicians and other healthcare team members
