About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at AMG ASCENSION WISCONSIN RECPLEX, part of Ascension.

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly, and ensure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations.
