Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at McMenamins. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the accounting of each night's closing and serving as the hotel front desk clerk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely accounting of all nightly closings
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Manage front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, taking reservations, and handling money
  • Operate a POS terminal and navigate guests around property features
  • Stay alert and awake throughout the shift, prioritizing tasks and working independently
Requirements
  • Previous night audit, hotel, or accounting experience required
  • First Aid CPR certification required
  • Customer service experience and knowledge of computers
  • Flexible schedule, including evening, graveyard, weekend, and holiday availability
