Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist A33 and A34 Branches for 20 hours weekly,
  • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and reports,
  • Engage in strategic planning discussions,
  • Compile monthly reports and presentations,
  • Monitor team project statuses and budgets,
  • Provide status updates to Amentum,
  • And fulfill other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities,
  • Capability to handle classified information and NMCI systems,
  • Flexibility and multitasking skills,
  • Self-driven and results-oriented,
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities,
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite,
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

  • Mid-Level: Five (5) years of relevant experience; OR three (3) years of specialized experience in financial planning and project management,
  • Familiarity with software applications and industry best practices,
  • Junior-Level: Three (3) years of experience in technical documentation; OR one (1) year in a Financial Analyst position.
