• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, maintaining logs and inventory.
• Assist the Bakery Manager in developing cake production plans and monitoring inventory.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
