Our clientele includes some of the largest vessels, amusement parks, mining enterprises, and manufacturing organizations globally.
The Hydraulic Services Shop Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of shop management and staff supervision. This position entails daily operational responsibilities, including staff scheduling and customer interaction. Collaboration with management and sales representatives is essential to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shop operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and coaching.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to ensure timely job delivery.
- Assist in controlling workforce allocation, hours, and budget.
- Review shop job condition and evaluation reports.
- Create daily work schedules for technicians and manage job workflows.
- Guide employees to achieve optimal efficiency and quality standards.
- Provide expert advice to technicians on repair methodologies.
- Conduct performance evaluations for shop personnel.
- Work closely with sales, service, and field management to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all SOPs and OSHA regulations.
- Facilitate weekly staff meetings, involving human resources and management as necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Effective communication abilities
- Proficient in scheduling and staffing
- Knowledge and experience in fluid power systems
Compensation: $100K - $140K
