Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Kable Staffing. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and run CNC machines to produce parts to close tolerances
  • Perform daily, weekly, and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and processes to improve productivity and quality
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth cell operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on production machines, including turning, boring, and milling operations
  • At least 2 years of experience on NC or CNC equipment
  • Good knowledge of shop math and basic trigonometry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, programmers, and other team members
  • Physical demands include standing at the machine for up to 8-10 hours per day, frequent lifting up to 10 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
