Accounting Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at TerraSource Global. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the monthly financial close process, analyzing financial performance, and preparing financial reports. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Complete and present the monthly Income Statement and Balance sheet results including in-depth analysis on variances to budget, forecast, and prior year to Director of Accounting and the CFO including commentary.
• Support outside audit firm, tax firm, insurance companies, and banking entities with annual audits and tax reporting needs.
• Supervise employees, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, and applicable laws.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
