Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the parts, truck, or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the parts and accessories market is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on their sales performance. We offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid training, accrued paid time off, and a clothing allowance.

GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer as well. We pride ourselves on carrying a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory.
