We are seeking highly skilled and patient-centric physicians to join our Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty at Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new Family Medicine Residency Program, accredited in 2022, and welcomed its first class of residents in June 2023. The program features an innovative new training model, including two-week mini blocks, POCUS, full spectrum family medicine, and team-based care.
The new practice center is located directly across the street from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, with a new Women & Children's Pavilion wing opening in Spring 2024.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, precept residents, and administrative/economic time
- Participate in the development and implementation of the residency program
- Collaborate with the program director and other faculty members to ensure the success of the program
- Competitive 2-year salary guarantee, followed by RVU-based compensation
- Fully funded pension and 403(b) match
- 24 days of PTA and 5 days of CME time
- Per-occurrence based malpractice insurance
- Loan repayment through Bright Horizons (for qualified candidates)
- MD or DO degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
- Passion for teaching and providing clinically excellent care
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
