Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center is a privately owned practice with a team of four doctors, and we are currently seeking a fifth full-time veterinarian. Our facility specializes in both exotic and small animal care, making us a standout in the region. We utilize a fully paperless practice management system, including SmartFlow White Board technology.
Our state-of-the-art hospital, established three years ago, features amenities such as unlimited coffee and a variety of toys for our furry patients. We are equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter anesthetic monitors, in-house laboratory, therapy laser, Doppler, electrocautery, and digital dental radiographs, among other advanced tools. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Our veterinarians do not work Sundays, and we offer a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week. Saturdays are optional, and there are no after-hours emergencies or on-call duties. Our appointment structure allows for 20-40 minute consultations and dedicated surgery days, promoting quality medical practice and personal development.

Our team includes highly trained support staff, featuring two registered veterinary technicians and numerous assistants. Each veterinarian brings a unique approach to medicine, offering significant mentoring opportunities.
Located in the heart of Maryland, our practice is near the Chesapeake Bay, ideal for boating and water sports, and just a short drive from both the beach and mountains. The Baltimore area boasts a vibrant restaurant scene and numerous entertainment options.

Position Requirements:- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited institution or equivalent
- Current Maryland veterinary license
- Current controlled substance license
- Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of experience; exotic animal experience is a plus but not mandatory. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
