Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Development and Scaling: Lead scale-up projects, transitioning processes from laboratory to pilot and production scales.
  • Pilot Scale Innovation: Investigate and test innovative settings for new products and equipment development at pilot scale.
  • Product and Process Development: Develop and refine parameters for manufacturing new or enhanced products.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
  • Experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
  • Expertise in data analysis and monitoring tools.
