Custodian I

Cook MyoSite, a leading company in regenerative medicine, is seeking a highly skilled Custodian I to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our general and laboratory areas.

• Clean and monitor all offices and general building areas daily, including general trash and recycling removal, wet and dry mopping of floors, dusting of horizontal surfaces, and vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Clean and monitor all bathrooms and break room areas, including wet and dry mopping of floors, dusting of horizontal surfaces, and maintaining stock levels.
• Maintain daily work charts of activities performed.
• Maintain stock levels of all custodial supplies, including requesting procurement of supplies and using company vehicle to pick up supplies or transfer between facilities.
• Don supplied articles of clothing to clean restricted laboratory areas, including shirt, pants, safety shoes, lab coat, hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, and gloves if applicable.
• Ability to work at elevated heights on a ladder, or other lift equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other general office equipment.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in cleaning in a general office setting.
• 3+ years experience leading custodial efforts in a laboratory or hospital setting.
