Dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year.
This role involves providing direct services to students, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs).
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about working with students to support their communication needs.
The position requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs that address the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide a supportive learning environment.
- Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to maximize student engagement and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided to track student progress and inform future instruction.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required for CF applicants.
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
