As a Housing Inspector with Flux Resources, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our residential construction projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and certifying the acceptance of contractor work, as well as performing inspections of all phases of TTHU installation, maintenance, and deactivation. You will also be required to utilize mobile technology applications to effectively manage and track project progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting TTHU installations, maintenance, and deactivation
- Monitoring contractor work and certifying acceptance
- Utilizing mobile technology applications for project management
- Collaborating with construction management teams to ensure project quality and safety
Requirements for this role include:
- Experience in construction management or inspection
- Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology applications
- Residential design and construction or land development experience preferred
