Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Floor Maintenance Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional cleaning and restoration services for various surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete.
Responsibilities
- Master the art of cleaning and restoring various surfaces using SOLID's state-of-the-art equipment and methods.
- Collaborate with the Shift and Crew Leaders to ensure all equipment, vehicles, and workspaces are tidy and well-maintained.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures.
- Be open to travel, both for client jobs and training events.
Requirements
- Successful experience in cleaning and restoring floor coverings (preferred).
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Reliable off-shift transportation to the office.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
- Walking & standing (6-8+ hours)
- Bending (3-6 hours)
- Squatting (up to 3 hours)
- Lifting (26-50 lbs.)
