Job Summary:

The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Patient Care: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff, including Charge Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Staff Development and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Admissions and Transfers: Serve as the point person for admissions during off-hours, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for new families and residents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NY State RN License
  • One Year Experience in a Healthcare Facility

Compensation and Benefits:

Up to $48 per hour
