Job Summary:This is a 13-week registry role with our company, Staff Today Inc. The facility is located in Belleville, IL. To qualify for the highest rate, you must live a minimum of 50 miles from the facility.
Responsibilities:- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Provide general nursing care to patients, including health assessments, sick calls, and med passes.
- Observe patient reactions and notify supervisor or physician of any significant conditions or reactions.
- Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other necessary readings.
- May serve as a leader for a group of personnel rendering nursing care to multiple patients.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- A valid and current LPN license issued within the US.
- A valid and current CPR card.
- Experience in ER, Psychiatric, MS, or Clinic settings.
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
