Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at HRA. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with our resident philosophy and policies
  • Respond to resident calls in a timely manner and report any changes in their condition to the supervisor
  • Assist with meal service, including escorting residents to and from the dining room and assisting with meal preparation
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment, including cleaning and tidying resident rooms and disposing of incontinent products
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with residents and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
