About the Role

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a skilled OTR Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering food products to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial trucks to deliver finished and raw foods in a timely and safe manner.
  • Clean, inspect, and service trucks regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips to prevent mechanical issues.
  • Report maintenance/repair requirements to the Dispatcher and/or Maintenance team.
  • Obtain customer signatures for goods delivered and maintain accurate driving logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, maintenance, legal agencies, and office personnel via radio or telephone.
  • Refuel vehicles as needed and apply chains and remove them as required.
  • Sort and segregate product by description/sku and complete trip envelopes per instructions.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience is required.
  • A valid Commercial Driver's License is mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Working Conditions
  • Sitting and driving for long periods of time.
  • Driving for up to 11 hours at a time.
  • Pushing/pulling 2000 pounds on pallet jack as required.
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds repetitively and 60 pounds occasionally.
  • Traveling up to 90% of the time.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $72,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
