Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive punctually at assigned job locations and transition between sites as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle while upholding a professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to directives from supervisors or dispatchers and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with residential and light commercial equipment, providing customers with insights on repair and replacement options.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on various residential and light commercial systems independently.
  • Utilize knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles, interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, and effectively use service tools and testing devices.
  • Inform customers about new or renewal maintenance agreements and secure residential planned maintenance contracts.
  • Educate customers on additional products or services offered by the company, adhering to guidelines when discussing replacement options.
  • Be available for a staggered schedule and on-call status for emergency services as required.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
  • Willingness to invest in tools for HVAC service.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder.
  • Understanding of the benefits of preventative maintenance.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • NATE Certification is required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
