Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment by following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.

• A high school diploma or current college student.
• Minimum of one (1) year cash handling experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical principles.
• Customer service experience in a retail or food service environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
