Vighter is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing patients and creating, implementing, and adjusting treatment plans based on individual needs and physician recommendations. This role includes overseeing and directing therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the development of effective treatment programs that facilitate a successful return to daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and preparing for discharge.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to identify and resolve any barriers to patient discharge, including equipment trials and family training.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in student mentorship programs, fostering a positive learning environment through effective supervision and feedback.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and education to enhance clinical skills and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Advocate for patients and participate in community outreach and professional activities.
  • Adhere to state practice regulations and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
Qualifications:
  • Valid and current state license required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
