About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team at Ballston Spa National Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and suggesting appropriate Bank services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service to customers completing deposit and loan transactions, receipt and payment of cash, and other service-related functions.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate Bank services.
  • Perform personal account opening, closing, Certificate of Deposit (CD) renewals, and other related tasks.
  • Serve as a back-up to the Relationship Manager and maintain the ability to operate the branch independently.
  • Work at other branch locations as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales and/or service-oriented environment and prior cash handling experience required.
  • One to three years' experience in a customer-focused setting, banking preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task required.
