Master Diesel Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Master Diesel Technician to join our team at Universal Truck Repair Inc.
As a Master Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in diagnosing and repairing heavy duty trucks. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training new technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in diagnosing and repairing heavy duty trucks
- Mentor and train new technicians
- Develop and implement efficient repair processes
Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience working as a diesel technician
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor new technicians
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma/GED required
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with optional overtime (Saturdays).
