International Student Processing Technician

This position is located at the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence, where you will play a critical role in supporting the training and development of international students. As an International Student Processing Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining administrative requirements, processing student records, and resolving problems related to student training, pay, and billeting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain administrative requirements and process student records in accordance with regulations and policies.
- Resolve problems related to student training, pay, and billeting, and make recommendations for resolution.
- Provide advisory services to the Security Assistance Training Program (SATP) on administration, training, and student disposition.
- Obtain and use a wide variety of information to resolve substantive problems involving international students.

This is a TERM position not to exceed 2 years. The position may be filled as a TERM appointment NTE 24 months. TERM appointments may be extended beyond 6 years, up to 8 years, with DoD approval.
As a TERM appointment, you will not have statutory return rights to a permanent position. Current permanent Federal employees applying for a TERM appointment will be appointed/converted into a TERM appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position.
