In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing health conditions, performing comprehensive assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment strategies. Effective collaboration and communication with healthcare team members are essential components of this position.

  • Strong clinical expertise

  • Active medical license in Arizona
  • Board certification in relevant specialty
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with both patients and colleagues
  • Advanced proficiency in geriatric care
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilization of EMR: Cerner
  • Focus on patient demographics: Primarily dementia patients
  • Specialization in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
  • Management of a patient panel of approximately 250 individuals
  • Conducting both office-based and home visits
  • Standard work schedule of 8 hours, incorporating clinic and off-site responsibilities
  • Participation in shared on-call duties
Required Qualifications
  • Current Board Certification
  • Valid medical license and DEA registration
  • 2-5 years of experience in geriatric medicine
Compensation
$52.79- $63.98/hour
