- Advanced proficiency in geriatric care
- Utilization of EMR: Cerner
- Focus on patient demographics: Primarily dementia patients
- Specialization in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
- Management of a patient panel of approximately 250 individuals
- Conducting both office-based and home visits
- Standard work schedule of 8 hours, incorporating clinic and off-site responsibilities
- Participation in shared on-call duties
- Current Board Certification
- Valid medical license and DEA registration
- 2-5 years of experience in geriatric medicine
$52.79- $63.98/hour
