Job Summary

Pacifica Senior Living Poway is seeking a skilled Food Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, responding promptly to their requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services.
  • Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma is a plus.
