UPS Seasonal Driver Helper Role

This seasonal position involves working alongside a Package Delivery Driver in our iconic brown trucks to ensure packages of all shapes and sizes reach their destinations efficiently.

As a Driver Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with deliveries, greeting customers, and navigating the truck to complete tasks. This role requires flexibility, as work assignments will be made in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

When assigned work, you will be provided with a meet point, where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. This position does not involve driving the brown truck.

This seasonal role can be physically demanding, but it's also a fun and rewarding experience, especially during the busiest time of the year. To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Enjoy working outside
  • Stamina – this is a physically demanding role
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • An eye for detail
  • Reliable and responsible
  • No experience necessary
  • A pair of sturdy work boots
