  • Maintain regular communication with parents through informal conversations and progress updates.
  • Model self-care and hygiene practices to encourage children’s independence.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from home to the educational environment.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and state regulations.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance quality of service.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in child care or education.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.

*Availability for approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule is required.
