We are seeking a Sales Associate to accelerate account growth and drive revenue at Aurora Ripple Enterprises. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new potential accounts, analyzing the sales pipeline, and providing regular campaign status updates to forecast projected growth accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our high-performing sales team to support designated accounts through direct customer engagements
  • Actively identify and engage new potential accounts through individual sales efforts to increase market penetration and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze the sales pipeline and provide regular campaign status updates to forecast projected growth accurately
  • Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting and lead generation to closing the sale and creating a referral-based sales channel
  • Execute sales deliverables and generate new revenue through prospecting, lead-generation techniques, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities. Share information and updates with other sales professionals and the sales leadership team

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position
  • Leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience with a focus on building, developing, and supporting high-performance teams
  • Ability to positively impact others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability
  • Futuristic mindset and ability to set realistic targets to achieve defined success
  • Reputation for knowing what you want, being decisive, and working harder than anyone to achieve your goals

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Greater DC area. We are looking for candidates that are able to start immediately, so you must be local to the area.
