The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry degree and be required to maintain current knowledge of optometric technology and practices. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organization and time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, which may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. Additionally, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient service by providing accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Conduct exams in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
  • Establish positive doctor-patient relationships.
  • Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with store associates to ensure seamless eye care experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Current knowledge of optometric technology and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
