Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and advocate for patients' needs
  • Assess and coordinate patient care, incorporating patient and family into the process
  • Communicate effectively with physician partners and other team members to develop and implement patient plans of care
  • Document changes in patient condition and communicate with charge nurse/supervisor and physician
  • Accountable for following attendance, punctuality, and dependability guidelines
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment
