Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Superintendent in overseeing the academic quality and strategic growth of the region.
- Collaborate with school leaders to implement best practices in curriculum and instructional methods.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive school culture and enhance student engagement.
- Lead and mentor the Regional School Management Teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze academic performance data to inform decision-making and improve educational outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to KIPP's mission and values.
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably in a multi-site organization.
- Proven ability to drive transformational change and foster collaboration among teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in instructional leadership and educational equity.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A Master's degree in Education or Business Administration is preferred.
- 5+ years of teaching experience and 5+ years in a principal role.
