• Work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating a positive guest experience.
• Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training programs and provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
• Provide clear direction to the team and ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Guide and mentor automotive technicians and CSA's.
• Assist guests with their questions and needs, in-person, electronically, or via the telephone.

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.

Must be able to read and interpret documents, stand on hard surfaces, and work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
