Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and growing sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate merchandise in the backroom and stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials and install and place them in stores.
• Display set up and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
• Answer simple questions within our field technology and take photos of completed work.
• Represent our company and clients in retail stores.

Requirements:

• Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
• Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and our team.
• Leverage support from our merchandising team nationwide.
• Contact our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Closely follow detailed instructions.
• Report work the same day it's completed.
