Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at Southeast Clips. As a high-volume salon, we offer flexible hours and an established customer base.

We strive to provide the highest effective wage in the market, with some stylists earning up to $31.26 per hour.* Our compensation package includes a base wage, productivity commissions, product sales, and tips.

New hires receive a $300 signing bonus. We also provide ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on, to ensure our stylists remain proficient and up-to-date in their skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Consulting with clients on hair styling options.
  • Listening to clients' preferences to determine their needs.
  • Describing hair care products and their benefits.
  • Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair.
Requirements include:
  • A valid barber or cosmetology license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is advantageous.
