As a Covid Nurse with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans and provide high-quality RN care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing post-acute care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
  • Tracking outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff
  • Administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensuring staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care
