  • Exercise Support: Participate in and provide after-action support for DLA exercises, including CPX and COOP.

  • ALCC Support: Aid in the implementation, training, and expansion of the Assured Logistics Cyber Center (ALCC).
  • CISO Governance: Enhance and implement governance strategies, integrate key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve processes.
  • IS Audit Logging: Conduct and support reviews of information systems (IS) audit logs.
  • J6 Cyber PMO Support: Provide project management office support, including strategy development, KPI integration, process improvement, and coordination.
  • IT Risk Management: Review, evaluate, and align information technology (IT) risk management efforts.
  • CSO Support: Assist the Cyber Support Office (CSO) with strategy development, organizational design, manpower analysis, and implementation planning.
  • Expertise Provision: Offer expertise in IT, IS, knowledge management, and change management.
  • Cloud Coordination: Aid J6 efforts to develop and sustain cloud service provider agreements, including requirements for safeguarding the cloud environment, maintaining CSSP metrics, and developing cloud-related documentation and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Must have Cyber expertise to include a minimum of five years (preferred 10) as a certified specialist, experience with Cyber deployment for an organization of equivalent size to DLA (~25k employees).
  • Must have at least three years consulting, advising, and working with federal government senior leaders (flag rank officers and senior executive service levels).
  • Proven ability to secure a CAC and DLA systems access on the first day of work.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Relevant certification(s) in information technology, information systems, business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, etc.

Clearance Requirement:

  • The candidate must possess a current Secret clearance and be able to maintain it throughout employment.
