Position Summary:

The Cannabis Production Technician plays a crucial role in the creation of our products, overseeing the entire manufacturing process from initial production to the final product ready for distribution to dispensaries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and processing cannabis flower and oil
  • Measuring, filling, and rolling products
  • Labeling, packaging, and preparing finished goods for sale

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age as per state regulations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work independently
  • Willingness to learn about various cannabis strains and product types
  • Time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Commitment to health and hygiene standards as mandated by OSHA
  • Capability to follow instructions and be open to constructive feedback from management

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing role
  • Preferred experience in the production of consumable goods
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Full dexterity of arms and fingers for precise manipulation of cannabis
  • Willingness to perform repetitive motions while handling products
  • Compliance with mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
