About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated RN to join our team on a weekday night shift. As an On Call RN, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in Villa Rica and Douglasville. Your expertise and experience will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
- 1-2 years of recent experience in home care
