About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this critical role, you'll work closely with our data lake solution, designing, updating, and maintaining algorithms that power information and feedback from the Inspiren system. You'll also identify and integrate new datasets, creating data visualizations as necessary, and analyzing data for trends and patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced algorithms that drive insights from the Inspiren system.
  • Integrate new datasets to enhance insights and inform business decisions.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Inspiren's data lake solution.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science with a strong background in analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Pandas, or Matplotlib is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The annual salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
