Key Responsibilities:

  • Emergency Response: Be available for emergency maintenance situations and participate in an on-call rotation if required. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and potential issues. Provide regular updates on ongoing maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues accurately.
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance-related field is a plus.

Physical Demands:
