The Wound Pros LLC is seeking dedicated full-time staff for the role of Travel Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. This position involves providing and managing advanced wound care for patients in various locations.
By utilizing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, we aim to expedite the healing process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert wound care consultation for chronic non-healing wounds, ensuring excellent patient experiences.
- Achieve quarterly goals through consistent, high-quality care and biologic applications as needed for optimal healing rates.
- Engage in substantial personal and leadership development through our comprehensive training and education programs.
- Perform necessary wound care procedures in accordance with Wound Pros' 6 Step Treatment Protocol.
- Document patient diagnoses and recommend prescriptions for medications and wound care dressings to facilitate healing.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by adhering to Wound Pros' standards for care.
- Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing training methods and achieving company objectives.
- Travel to patients' homes and long-term care facilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current valid state license to practice as an NP/PA.
- Prior experience in wound care and/or relevant certification.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work and training.
- Ability to accept travel assignments of 12 weeks or longer.
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment utilized by Wound Pros.
