Job Title: Senior Trade Marketing Manager, LATAM

Join Interparfums USA, LLC, a leading developer and distributor of prestige perfumes and cosmetics, as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share in LATAM
  • Manage media budgets and ensure effective allocation and monitoring
  • Lead the approval process of brand campaigns and ensure harmonized 360-degree communication
  • Support distributors in developing communication strategies and tools to achieve key performance goals
  • Liaise with Global Trade Marketing and PR/Training Team for consumer-facing and influencer events
  • Analyze launch results and monitor key market trends to define incentives and events
  • Manage activity reports and conduct field visits to ensure correct execution
  • Develop Regional Merchandising guidelines and supervise implementation
  • Track product forecasts and ensure successful launches and product availability
  • Support Sales and upper management team with sales reports and business reviews
  • Supervise the coordination of training deliverables and implement training events
  • Organize and implement the annual regional Distributor Conference
  • Coach and develop direct reports
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of Marketing experience in the Beauty/Consumer Goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Prior working experience in LATAM Market and with distributors
  • Previous people management experience
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
