As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and leading the team during shifts. You will champion Taco Bell's culture and values, communicate openly and honestly with the Management team, and provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change

Compensation:

The range for this role is $13-$21/HR. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience.
