- Design and execute arts-integrated gallery experiences tailored for K-12 audiences.
- Welcome and manage logistics for museum visits at both the campus museum and additional locations.

- Participate in scheduled training sessions and become knowledgeable about all exhibitions and programming.
- Conduct independent research on artists and artworks featured in museum exhibitions and the permanent collection.

- Strong oral communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to engage with visitors, staff, and trustees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and accurate reports and documentation.
- Commitment to fostering an antiracist, equitable work environment that supports diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, handling situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, exercising judgment, setting priorities, and completing projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; willingness to learn other software as needed.
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience in Art History, Studio Art, Classroom Teaching, or Museum Studies.
- Experience in developing arts-integrated educational programs and workshops is preferred.
- Familiarity with gallery-based discussions that integrate visual arts and academic subjects, focusing on contemporary art and employing visual thinking and inquiry-based learning strategies is preferred.
- Knowledge of contemporary art is preferred.
- Relevant engagement and/or administrative experience is preferred.
