Warehouse/CDLA Driver

Studco Building Systems is seeking a skilled CDLA Driver to join our Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to locations during the evening, Monday to Friday, and returning home every evening.
This role will involve a combination of driving and warehouse duties, including operating a forklift, packing orders, and assisting the logistics team with other tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver Goods Safely and Efficiently: Deliver our products to customers in a timely and safe manner, adhering to our Truck Driver Safety Procedure.
- Operate Forklift and Assist with Warehouse Tasks: Use a forklift to move product and assist the logistics team with packing orders and other tasks as required.
- Maintain Vehicle Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the cleanliness of our vehicles and uphold the company image.
- Pre and Post Trip Inspections: Conduct pre and post trip inspections when driving to ensure the safety of our vehicles and products.
- No Touch Freight: Handle no touch freight and ensure all product is accounted for and in good condition.
- Home Daily: Return home every evening, with no night driving required.
- CDL A License: Possess a valid CDL A license.
- Forklift Experience: Have at least 2 years of forklift experience.
- Reasoning Ability: Demonstrate strong reasoning ability and decision-making skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with the dispatch team.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
